Wuxi WeldNice Successfully Completes Debugging and Shipment of 300T HGK-300 Fixed & Adjustable Roller Frame

Wuxi WeldNice Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed the factory debugging and shipment of a 300T HGK-300 fixed & adjustable roller frame. The HGK-300 roller frame has a rated capacity of 300 tons, accommodating workpiece diameters from 1100 mm to 9000 mm (Phi 1100 mm to 9000 mm), with a roller linear speed range of 100-1000 mm/min. It features dual-motor drive and variable frequency stepless speed control, ensuring smooth operation and responsive speed adjustment. The adjustable center distance allows quick positioning of rollers according to workpiece specifications, while polyurethane or steel-rubber composite rollers effectively protect the workpiece surface and ensure rotational stability.

Prior to shipment, the company conducted rigorous quality control procedures, including no-load operation, load simulation, axial runout calibration, and safety interlock tests. Test results show that under a rated load of 300 tons, the equipment runs smoothly with good roller synchronization. The axial runout of the workpiece is controlled within +/-3 mm, with all performance indicators meeting design and industry standards.
