100KG Conventional Welding Positioner

The 100KG Conventional Welding Positioner is a universal positioning equipment for welding small and medium-sized workpieces. It adapts to the circumferential seam welding needs of shafts, plates and cylindrical workpieces through 360° continuous rotation and large-angle tilting compound motion. The equipment adopts an all-steel frame (stress-relieved treatment), and the work surface is equipped with standardized clamping grooves for efficient clamping. It supports dual-mode control of hand control box and foot pedal, and can switch the rotation direction, adjust the speed and emergency stop, taking into account convenience and safety, it is suitable for machinery manufacturing, pressure vessels and other fields. The equipment is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation technology, the rotation speed can accurately adapt to different welding processes, and the tilt movement rate is fixed and stable and controllable. The modular structure supports the expansion of accessories such as welding chucks and hydraulic positioning devices, adapting to automated welding systems; the fixed-free base design reduces site restrictions and installation costs. The structure is reliable and easy to maintain. It can reduce the number of workpiece flips, optimize the welding process, and improve welding quality and production efficiency.
