High Precision Double Column Welding Positioner for Special Work Piece

The High Precision Double Column Welding Positioner for Special Work Piece is a precision welding positioning device specifically designed for workpieces with complex geometries and special structures. Employing a double-column structure, this device offers higher structural stability and rigidity compared to traditional single-column welding positioners, effectively reducing vibration and deformation of the workpiece during rotation and flipping. Its core advantages lie in its high-precision servo control system and precision reduction mechanism, achieving a repeatability accuracy of ±0.05mm, meeting the stringent requirements of aerospace, precision instrumentation, and other fields. The worktable can precisely tilt within a 0-135° range and achieve 360° continuous rotation, with motion parameters accurately set and stored through a digital control system. The double-column structure design also provides a larger operating space, facilitating the clamping and positioning of special workpieces.
