300KG Double Column Welding Positioner

The 300KG Double Column Welding Positioner is a welding fixture with a double-column structure, specifically designed for positioning medium-sized workpieces. Compared to single-column welding positioners, the double-column structure provides higher stability and rigidity through symmetrical support, effectively reducing workpiece vibration during rotation and flipping, making it particularly suitable for handling workpieces with large eccentricities or center-of-gravity offsets. The worktable can be precisely tilted within a range of 0° to 90° or 0° to 135° and can achieve 360° continuous rotation. Its rotation speed typically uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation technology, with an adjustment range of 0.1-1 rpm or 0.2-2 rpm. The rated load capacity of the 300KG double-column welding positioner is 300 kg. Some models can operate at full load in the horizontal position, while the load capacity is adjusted according to the angle in the vertical or tilted position. This equipment can be integrated with welding manipulators, robots, and other automated systems, achieving welding position memory and automatic positioning through PLC control, adapting to the needs of modern welding production lines.
